Introduction 


It is always advantageous to have to get different voltage levels from a single source. It is economical as well as a compact setup for operation and performance. The need for spending an additional amount on individual construction of power packs is avoided by adopting such a technique. In this series, a simple and very useful power supply source is given here for assembling and put into use by electronics enthusiasts for their various projects.

While going through the circuit schematic it is clear to know that 7 different voltages can be tapped from the single power supply set up. The resistor network gives us the advantage of different DC supply outputs from 1.5 V to 12V.
