Circuit description

•Astable multivibrator circuit

•Two transistors cross coupled work as oscillators

•Two LEDs blink (flashes) depending on the RC network

•RC network comprises R3,R4,C1 and C2

•Blinking rate of LEDs can be controlled by changing the values of RC network
